Returns
Due to the nature of our hair care products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used items.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will gladly review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

● Products damaged due to misuse
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
